Ingridients to make Delhi’s famous chicken biriyani

- 1kg rice
- 1\2 kg of finely chopped onion
- 1\2 kg of finely chopped tomatos
- 15-18 spicy green chillie
- 2-3tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Raw garam masale
- salt
- Food colour
- curd
- lemon
- 1 tbsp of dhaniya powder
Instructions
Take a mixture jar add green chillies and 1 onion and grind them properly. Take the rice in a pan and count them with the help of glass and add water 1 glass extra than the rice.
Making of Delhi’s famous chicken biriyani
Take a pan put it on gas stove add some oil and let the oil heat up, now add the chopped onion in it and stir it till onion start turning lil golden than add some garam masala’s than add ginger garlic paste and stir it. than add chopped tomatos and stir the tomatos till they get soften, now add the chilli paste,dhaniya powder stir them now add curd and squeez the lemon in it and let it cook for 5 mints now add chicken in it and cook for 5- 10 mints. Now add the rice with water and let it cook till the water gets dry. at the end add food color and mix.Than take a pan put it on gas and add some oil in it than add some finely chopped onion and zeera in it and add its tempering into biriyani. Than serve hot and enjoyyy!!!!!
